Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Egg

  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish with a layer of marinara sauce.
