  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
