12 oz rotini pasta
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease.
Add butter to the skillet, followed by the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream, and stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
