Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange the steamed broccoli and shredded chicken evenly.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen broccoli, but make sure it’s cooked before adding.
  • For added flavor, mix in some Dijon mustard with the creamy sauce.
