Make irresistible buffalo chicken pizza rolls loaded with spicy buffalo chicken, cheese, and pizza dough. Perfect as appetizers, snacks, or party treats!

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly from one end and slice into 1-inch thick rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
