1 lb pizza dough
1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
Roll up the dough tightly from one end and slice into 1-inch thick rolls.
Place the rolls on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Notes
For less spice, use a milder wing sauce.
Add diced green onions or celery for extra texture.
These rolls are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
