This cheeseburger sliders recipe is perfect for parties or weeknight dinners. Juicy beef patties with melted cheese, topped with pickles and onions, all tucked in between soft slider buns. Easy to make and full of flavor, these mini cheeseburgers are a hit with everyone.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 12 pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for buns)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Set aside.
  3. Form the ground beef into 12 small patties, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook the patties in the skillet until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Place the patties on the slider buns, top with cheddar cheese, onions, and pickles.
  6. Optionally, brush the buns with melted butter and toast in the oven for 5 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

Notes

  • You can prepare the beef patties ahead of time and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days before cooking.
  • For added flavor, try using different cheeses or adding bacon.
