6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced ham
3 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded hash browns, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced ham, and onions to the egg mixture. Stir well.
