  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
