  • 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft, about 3-4 minutes.
