  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
