1/4 cup minced green onions

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs (adjust as needed)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
In a large bowl, combine flaked cooked salmon, egg, mayo, mustard, green onions, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
