  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and softened.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese, cooking until melted and combined.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, stirring until coated in the sauce.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine everything. Season with salt and pepper.
