  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: ½ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, rice, steamed broccoli, and half the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top. For a crispy topping, add breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
