Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Parmesan Pasta featuring crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and melted cheese. A perfect family meal!

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken cubes in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  • In a baking dish, mix cooked pasta and marinara sauce. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
