  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup crispy wonton strips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  • Add the sliced almonds, sesame seeds, and wonton strips, and toss again.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
