Mini pretzel twists (about 40 pieces)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto one pretzel, then sandwich with another pretzel. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth.
Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt (if desired) before the chocolate sets.
Refrigerate the pretzels for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
