  • Mini pretzel twists (about 40 pieces)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto one pretzel, then sandwich with another pretzel. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt (if desired) before the chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate the pretzels for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
