Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  • Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, dip in the egg wash, and coat again in flour.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry each pork chop for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispy pork chops, double dredge by repeating the flour-egg-flour coating process.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.
