  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta, coating evenly with the sauce.
  • Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Fold in crumbled bacon and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
