  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear pork chops on both sides until browned.
  • Transfer pork chops to a baking dish.
