  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 8 oz cooked salmon (fresh or canned), flaked

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.

  • Add white wine (if using) and cook until slightly reduced.

  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

  • Add lemon zest, juice, and flaked salmon. Stir gently to combine.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Toss cooked pasta into the sauce. Mix until fully coated.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
