  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Set up dredging stations: flour in one bowl, beaten egg in the second, and Parmesan + breadcrumbs in the third.

  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and keep warm.
