2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
½ cup cooked bacon crumbles (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
Serve on sandwich buns, topping with cheese and bacon if desired.
