Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches are a simple, flavorful meal made with shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and a creamy sauce. Perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

 

  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  • In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the sauce.

 

  • Serve on sandwich buns, topping with cheese and bacon if desired.

  • Add extra ranch seasoning for a stronger flavor.
