  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts, diced onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
  4. Add frozen peas and carrots and stir to combine.
  5. Place biscuit dough pieces on top of the mixture, cover, and cook on HIGH for an additional 1-2 hours until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
