  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  • Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each cheese cube in flour, dip into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the cheese bites in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
