  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
  • Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
