6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 large eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in salted water for 10-12 minutes until fork tender. Drain and cool.
Simultaneously, place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.
