12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
1 lb sliced roast beef
6-8 slices of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom layer of the buns (if desired).
Layer sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese evenly over the buns.
Cover with the top half of the buns.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the sliders.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
