  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced roast beef
  • 6-8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  • Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom layer of the buns (if desired).
  • Layer sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese evenly over the buns.
  • Cover with the top half of the buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  • Brush the butter mixture generously over the sliders.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
