  • 1 (15.5 oz) can Manwich sauce
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth

  • ¾ lb. penne pasta, uncooked
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add Manwich sauce, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well.
  • Add the uncooked penne pasta and cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
