  • Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • Biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain excess fat.

  4. Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece, placing a spoonful of beef, bacon, and a cube of cheese in the center. Fold and seal the edges.
  5. Brush and Season: Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and grated Parmesan. Brush over each bomb and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  6. Bake: Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Allow to cool slightly and enjoy warm!

Notes

  • For a spicier twist, add diced jalapeños inside each bomb.
  • To save time, use pre-cooked bacon bits and frozen biscuit dough.
