Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect snack or appetizer, combining juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and a savory garlic butter crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and fill with cooked beef and shredded cheese. Seal edges to form balls.
  4. Brush balls with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
