This Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe combines tender chicken breasts with a crunchy parmesan and breadcrumb coating, infused with garlic for unbeatable flavor. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Press to ensure an even coating.
  • Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
