  • 9 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 large carrot, shredded or sliced thin

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  • Stir in bok choy, cooking until wilted.
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the skillet, followed by the cooked noodles. Toss to combine.
  • Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Stir in the shredded carrot just before serving.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
