Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  2. Mix in the lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Combine well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Scoop small portions and roll them into balls with your hands.
  5. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until evenly coated.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a drop of lemon extract.
  • If the mixture feels too soft, refrigerate longer before forming truffles.
