2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz egg noodles
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
Add egg noodles and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, then cook until creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
