These Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies combine the best of two treats in one: a classic chocolate chip cookie with a surprise Oreo center. Each bite is a heavenly blend of cookie dough, chocolate chips, and a creamy Oreo middle. Perfect for dessert, parties, or any time you crave something decadent!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and flatten slightly. Place an Oreo in the center, then cover with another scoop of dough. Seal edges around the Oreo, fully covering it.
  7. Place cookies on prepared baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra gooey cookies, underbake slightly and let them finish setting on the baking sheet.
  • Experiment with different Oreo flavors for a fun twist.
