Instructions

  • Crush Oreos: Use a food processor to crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Make the Mixture: In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice until fully combined and smooth.
  • Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill: Freeze the Oreo balls for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to the package instructions.
  • Dip the Balls: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, coating them fully. Place them back on the parchment paper.
  • Decorate: If desired, drizzle with orange candy melts or sprinkle with seasonal sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Set and Serve: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set. Serve chilled.
