  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked rice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and top with shredded cheese. Roll tightly.
  • Arrange burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix enchilada sauce and sour cream until smooth. Pour over the burritos.
