  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
  3. Spread batter in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
