  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, sauté diced onions until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with butter, beaten eggs, and sour cream until well combined.
  • Layer half the spaghetti mixture in the prepared dish. Top with half the meat sauce, then sprinkle with half the cheeses.
  • Repeat layers with remaining spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheeses.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
