  • 3 bell peppers, diced

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
