  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
