  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
