3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lime (juiced)
8 small tortillas (flour or corn)

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Remove chicken and set aside. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet.
