These Easy Brownie Truffles are the ultimate chocolate treat! Made with rich brownies, rolled into truffle perfection, and coated in a luscious chocolate layer, they’re ideal for desserts, parties, or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required eggs, oil, and water)
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Optional: Sprinkles or crushed nuts for garnish

Instructions

  • Bake the brownies according to the package instructions. Let them cool completely.
  • Crumble the baked brownies into a large bowl. Add chocolate frosting and mix until fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip the frozen brownie balls into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet. Garnish with sprinkles or nuts before the chocolate sets.
  • Chill in the fridge until firm. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to help coat the truffles evenly in chocolate.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
