    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Scalloped Potatoes
    • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Prepare Pork Chops
    • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and coat with grated Parmesan.
    • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook pork chops until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Prepare Scalloped Potatoes
